1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Totally Clean. By accessing our website (totallycleanservices.com) or scheduling a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Accuracy of Quotes & Pricing
We pride ourselves on Flat-Rate Pricing. However, our quotes are calculated based on the information you provide (Square Footage, Number of Furnaces, Location).
- The “Accuracy Pledge”: The price we quote is the price you pay, provided the information you gave us is accurate.
- On-Site Adjustments: If our technicians arrive and discover that the home is significantly larger than reported, has additional HVAC units not mentioned, or requires biohazard remediation (mold/pest infestation), we reserve the right to adjust the price. We will always inform you of any price changes for your approval before beginning work.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We value your time and ask that you value ours. Our technicians are dispatched specifically for your appointment.
- Cancellations: Please contact us at 262-542-4000 at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Access: Please ensure an adult (18+) is present to grant access to the home. If we arrive and cannot enter the property, a trip fee may apply.
4. Performance of Services
Totally Clean adheres to NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards for source removal.
- Safety: We require a safe working environment. Please secure all pets in a separate room or kennel prior to our arrival.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: While we treat your home with the “Grandma Rule” (utmost care), Totally Clean is not responsible for damage to ductwork that is already compromised, rusted, or improperly installed prior to our arrival. We are also not responsible for damage to paint/drywall caused by the removal of vent covers that were painted shut by previous owners.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept:

- Major Credit Cards
- Venmo
Failure to pay upon completion may result in late fees or legal action to recover the debt.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, the “Totally Clean” logo, and before/after photos—is the exclusive property of Totally Clean, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Totally Clean, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts serving Waukesha County.
